Price Display

Amour La Façon makes its best efforts to ensure that all the details that appear on this site are as accurate as possible though there could be rare instances where errors may still occur.

We will notify you as soon as it’s discovered with the option to reconfirm the order with the correct details or receive a full refund.

Prices shown on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Delivery costs may be charged in addition if applicable and any charges will be clearly displayed and included in the final checkout basket. 

For overseas customers, you might want to check the taxes that may be levied by the customs or the regulations based on the legal requirements in your respective country as we do not include such taxes or duty fees, etc.

We work with credible and secured payment partners to ensure your payment data are secured and encrypted to prevent misuse. Your card will be debited once we have sent you the Order Confirmation. Cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If we do not receive any authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order(s).

Displayed Products

Item photos are as close to the actual items as possible. There may be times when disparity occurs from inevitable differences from photography lighting or on-screen monitor display resolution & settings.

All materials and contents appearing on this site including the arrangement and assembly of the site, are the sole proprietary rights of Amour La Façon and are not allowed to be copied, reproduced, modified or republished without prior consent. You may use the content for the purpose of reference when shopping and placing orders. Any unauthorized use could result in criminal or civil law suits.

Shipping

Amour La Façon uses credible shipping firms such as DHL, FedEx and several other reputabble courier firms with tracking capabilities. Shipping time is usually in less than a week for ex-stock. Shipping times are as stated in the product pages applicable to local deliveries in Singapore. 

Please note that it may sometimes not be possible for us to deliver to certain places such as restricted addresses on islands or at controlled locations, etc. In which case, we will inform you using the contact details that is provided at the time or order to make re-arrangements of the delivery address if that happens and this may delay the delivery.

We deliver packaging in our Amour logo. You may indicate special request such as discreet packaging.  Let us know if you have any other request and we will as much as possible try to fulfill them so long as it is legal, legitimate and moral.

Possible costs may be incurred arising from the request such as request for gift packaging, or a delivery to an overseas address, etc. Once the order is delivered to you, Amour will no longer be liable for any losses or destruction of any product.

If the delivery or collection is delayed through the buyer's unreasonable refusal to accept the delivery, Amour La Façon may either charge the buyer for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred; or cancel the order where the buyer will be notified. In which case, the refund amount will be less the administration and logistical charges such as delivery or storage fees; or both. The buyer may be required to top up the differences if any.

Don't worry if your goods get lost somehow along the way which hardly ever happens since orders are mostly track-able, we'll send you a replacement, a similar value product of your choice FREE or a full refund credit back into your account, whatever your preference is.

Mistaken Order

If you find that you have made an error with your order after submitting it, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number(s) where possible (usually found in the Order Confirmation). We will definitely try our best to process your request. However, please be aware of the conditions of the order changes such as the shipping time required by different products.

Refusal of Order

Amour reserves the right to withdraw any product(s) and/or order(s) from this site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content at this site. We will make our best efforts to always process all orders but there may be exceptional circumstances where we may need to refuse to process an order even after we have sent you the Order Confirmation which we reserve our right to do so at any time and at our sole discretion. In this case, we will accord full refund to you.

We will not be liable to you or any other third parties by reason of our withdrawal of any product(s)/order(s), whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents or for refusing to process or accept order(s).

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please email our customer service team at with your contact number if it’s not already stated on the order. No cancellation fees will be charged. Delivery fees may however be charged. 

Rewards & Loyalty Programme

Amour La Façon offers reward points and refer-a-friend schemes to genuinely reward our customers and to enhance your shopping experience. Please refer to the Earn Rewards tab on the website for the redemption which have been made simple and easy to use. You are required to be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You may use the promotional e-vouchers while making payment for products on the site. Simply redeem points or e-vouchers at check-out or you could monitor your own account by simply clicking on the Earn rewards tab to check out your account. The best part about this is that there is no expiry or time-frame to our rewards system.

Should there be a fraud, deception or suspicious activities in connection with the rewards system, Amour is entitled to close the account involved and/or require different payment mode. We assume no liability for the loss, theft or illegibility of the rewards. Amour may also may at our sole discretion discontinue or cancel any e-vouchers, discounts or points previously issues and will not be responsible for any losses arising therefrom.

We may at times distribute promotional vouchers either by email or post where redemption would be a one-time and it is not to be used with any other promotional vouchers and/or discounted items. We may exclude individual brands or products. There will be no refund of any residual credit. If the promotional voucher is insufficient for your order, you may pay the difference using one of the accepted payment modes at the check-out.

Amour La Façon reserves the right to amend the reward system from time to time depending on the current corporate strategy plans with the legal laws of Singapore.

Disclaimer of Liability

The content displayed on our website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Sometimes inevitable differences may occur due to photography lighting and/or on-screen monitor display resolution or colour settings. Amour shall not be liable for any sort of damages whatsoever.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Amour La Façon, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, affiliates and partners from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of our website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.

Feedback and Suggestions

We love to hear from you! Drop us a review on your experience. Buyers will receive a review link via email after the purchase. Your real-life reviews are important for all our customers. You can also post reviews on Amour's Facebook fan page too. 

We care about our customers and will as much as possible meet every reasonable and lawful request within our means. You may contact us at any time with your feedback or suggestion. We will reply to you as soon as it is possible.

In the event where the manufacturer is involved, replies may take longer than usual. Do bear with us while we seek resolutions together. If for some reason you have not heard from us in 5 working days, please email us or through Amour’s online store contact form.

Prohibitions

Users & viewers of this site must not misuse this Site. You shall not commit or encourage criminal offence(s), transit or distribute any sort and/or form of IT viruses or post materials on this site which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence, or in any way offensive or obscene. Amour is a legitimate sexy lingerie online store. In no way should users & viewers distribute and/or or form pornographic materials, images, etc for malicious and/or harmful reputational intent.

You shall not hack into any parts of this website or corrupt data, infringe rights of others and their proprietary rights, send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material or attempt to affect the performance of functionality of any parts of this website.

Any breach of this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer misuse and Cybersecurity Act 2013. In the event such breach occurs, Amour Lingerie (by Amour by LCS) will report the breach to the relevant legal authorities and appropriate legal action will be taken.
